Dover Rod and Gun Club

Thank you once again to our tireless volunteers that came through on the rescheduled September event.

Our furnace is slowly dying, but thanks to Rick T., who was albe to us find a new one, will be doing the installation soon and the air conditioning will be finished in the spring of next year.  Thanks again Rick.

September 2018 brought about another successful golf tournament, enjoyed by all who attended.  Thank you for your participation.

Great turnout this year.  Approximately 130 children took to the water and then the club for burgers, drinks and prizes.  Thank you to all the volunteers who make this day possible and a great success.

Our dinners are always a huge success.  Unfortunately we only have a limited amount of tikets to each event, so sometimes we have a lot of unhappy people.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  We are limited due to the size of our hall and suppliers.

This year tickets will be $25 for each dinner, due to the high cost increases of supplies.

Membership dues are to be paid by December 31st, 2017 for the 2018 calendar year.  There is a grace period until January 27th, 2018, our annual election meeting at which point all unpaid dues are subject to a $50 penalty fee.  Save yourself the extra cash and pay your dues NOW.

BIG NEWS!!!  We have changed insurance companies and as of December we will be carried by a new insurance company.  This means we will no longer have O.F.A.H as our provider.  If anyone still wants to get the O.F.A.H. subscription, you will have to do it on your own.  Memebership dues for 2018 remain the same.

Youth archery is in full swing for the fall season.  So far there has been good attendance, both from the kids and club members.

Through the generosity of Bob King, we know have a new set of stoves and ovens.  We will be more efficient in cooking more wonderful food on the coming years.  THANKS BOB!!!
